But to me, understanding the basics of what's involved seems like table stakes if you want to play the modding game. ![]() I realize that not every player is going to become a mod author. ![]() ![]() They require some level of effort on the part of the user. They are amateur efforts, in the best sense of the word. The only option is "Manual".Īnd getting mods to work isn't like installing commercial products, built by professionals, who get paid for what they do, and can be expected to make it as easy as possible for players to use the results. They don't even have the green "D/L with NMM" button. Nope, the NMM doesn't handle DA:I mods at all. If that's the case, IMO it's understandable that they might not know they had to unpack the daimod. I'm going to assume these folks above are used to using the Nexus Mod Manager and just loading in the compressed archive file they downloaded. ![]()
